2009 TRAINING EVENTS
We are planning a range of training events leading up to the Etape du Tour.
Details have not yet been finalised, but if you think you may be interested in a particular event let me know, and I’ll keep you informed as details become available.
The outline program is as follows:
February: Sun 15th
Chilterns ride
Starting Goring on ThamesMarch: Sun 22nd
Cheddar Gorge and the Mendips
Try the hills and gorges of the Mendips
The Ardennes
Try some "moyenne montagne" rides with the famous Phil Deeker!
The Alps
Practice climbing "haute montagnes!"May: Bank Holiday weekend Sat 2nd, Sun 3rd and Mon 4th
Snowdonia
Try some real mountains in the UK with two great ride leaders!
North Wales Audax
