	TRAIN FOR THE ETAPE du TOUR IN SNOWDONIA!
Accommodation available at Swallow Falls Youth Hostel Early May bank holiday Friday 30^th April – Monday 3^rd May (3 nights)

We are returning to Snowdonia this May to tackle some real mountains in preparation for the 2010 Etape du Tour, once again ably led by Richard Glynne Jones.

The Saturday ride will be around 50 miles long.

The Sunday ride will be 80-90 miles long, with lot of climbing.

On Monday you will be free to do as you wish!

Riders should expect to be self-contained for food and drink, waterproofs etc.

Dormitory style accommodation is £15.50 per night. Breakfasts are available at extra cost.

There is plenty of car parking, and there is a nice pub which serves good bar food adjoining. There is also a café - restaurant, and a small kitchen for cooking your own food.

People may just join us for the rides if they wish – names in advance please.
