ETAPE de LEGENDE

The Etape du Tour has become very popular with cyclists from all over the world. In recent years, this has unfortunately meant that not everybody has been able to get a place.

In 2007 the organisers are solving the problem by holding a brand new event – the Etape de Legende.

It will be run in the same style as the Etape du Tour with closed roads etc, and will have over 8500 places available. Again it is open to all!

The first Etape de Legende will take place on 23^rd September.

Starting in Strasbourg, it crosses the Vosges plateau (though this is not as flat as it sounds!) finally climbing the famous Balloon d’Alsace.
